SFI Plan: Making Your Way To The Top With Smart Plan
Start with this: Though SFI is truly one of the few businesses where you can earn while you learn, think of your first 6-12 months primarily as a training period. Build this into your plan. In this era of "instant everything," I know that's a tough for a lot of people to deal with, but big incomes simply do not happen overnight. It's just not reality. If it was, everybody would be rich.
Instead, plan to work the hardest your first 6-12 months or so and get compensated the least. Don't expect large earnings until after you've educated yourself and given yourself time to put your plan fully into operation.

"How much can I make?" This is a common question when someone joins SFI, and a fair question as well. After all, you wouldn't take a job without first finding out how much you'd be paid, right?
So how much CAN you make as an SFI affiliate?
According to Entrepreneur magazine, the average home-based business household earns $50,250 a year. And about 20% of all home-business households earn in excess of $75,000 a year. And in some countries (such as the United States) there are the tax benefits, too; even if your home business isn’t generating a profit yet, it can put $5,000 or more into your pocket through tax write-offs (check with your accountant).
Speaking of entrepreneurs, this is an area where you truly must think like an entrepreneur and not like an employee.
In short, you’ll get out of SFI what you put into it. It works...if you do. But that’s the beauty of it, too; you are in control – it’s up to you how far you take it. And don’t forget, SFI offers the opportunity to earn residual income. This basically means that for the work you do today, you have the potential to earn money not only for today but also for years to come.

As we've discussed in previous editions of LaunchPad, this “leveraging” or duplication effect is one of the most exciting ingredients of SFI. Indeed, its power cannot be underestimated.
Imagine that you’ve just sponsored an SFI affiliate in the United States by the name of John. John sponsors a friend in Brazil by the name of Maria. Maria soon sponsors Gustava from Sweden. Through Gustava's efforts, a Korean, Hae-Won, joins SFI.
By just sponsoring one person, you’ve set into motion a chain of events that now has affiliates working indirectly on your behalf across the globe! And every person (John, Maria, Gustava, and Hae-Won) can add to your commission check!
What should the objective be in SFI to be a top earner? What is THE plan for maximum success and income in SFI?
In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The requirements to be a DTL are:
SVP = Sales VersaPoints
AVP = Action VersaPoints
- 1500 personal SVP (Sales VersaPoints)
- Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level
That's it!
Let's now review the steps on your way to DTL:
STEP ONE
Advance to the rank of EA (Executive Affiliate)
Qualifications (monthly):
1500 VP (any combination of SVP and AVP from your To Do List)
Tip: Getting to the rank of EA in your first (calendar) month is FREE , you just need to complete the actions in your To Do List. You need to qualify as EA every month in order to receive all the perks and benefits of being SFI member. For easiest way you can qualify as EA2 every month, click here
Estimated earning: Without a team and without making any sales from TripleClicks, the earning should be quite small.
Value: $2. (based on current 0.0004 versapoint value)

STEP TWO
Advance to the rank of BTL (Bronze Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
3000 VP
A minimum of 1500 and a maximum of 2000 must come from SVP
The remaining 1000-1500 must come from AVP.
Example for achieving the necessary 3000 VP to be a BTL:
2000 SVP from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases
500 AVP from daily/weekly/monthly free actions, TripleClicks Special Actions, and Bonus AVP
500 AVP for developing 5 EA2s on your first level (earn 100 AVP each for your support of 5 EA2s, as shown in diagram).
Tip: You need to move up to Bronze team leader as fast as you can once you like 2 or 3 EA2 in your team, you don’t have to wait until you have 5 though 5 is ideal but with 3 you can still become a Bronze team leader and starting earning Matching VersaPoints. As a BTL, you can earn matching VP up to 6 levels. So now, let’s say your Generation 3 of 125 people each get 5 PSA’s who are EA2. That adds 625 people to your downline, and 1,000,000 matching VP. Now your matching VP earnings can be $548.28. You now have active PSA’s down 4 levels, you are still a BTL because you only have 5 active PSA’s who are EA2, but the power of duplication is now really working. OK. Let’s get all your Generation 4 people 5 PSA’s who are EA2. That adds 3125 people to your downline, and you get an additional 5,000,000 matching VP. Now you have the potential of earning $2726.73 in matching VP earnings. Finally, let’s get all of your Generation 5 people to get5 PSA’s each who are EA2. That adds 15,625 people to your downline, and 25,000,000 matching VP. You could earn $13,618.97 from matching VP. All in one month!! And you are still a BTL, and spending only $36.25 per month.
Estimated Earnings: As a Bronze team leader in your third month, you will now begin to earn Matching VersaPoints on all your EA2s and above in your team (Including from your CSAs) six level deep. And it is expected that all your EA2 having standing order, you can see your income begin to increase

STEP THREE
Advance to the rank of STL (Silver Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
4000 VP
A minimum of 1500 and a maximum of 2500 must come from SVP
The remaining 1500-2500 must come from AVP.
Example for achieving the necessary 4000 VP to be a STL:
2500 SVP from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases
500 AVP from daily/weekly/monthly free actions, TripleClicks Special Actions, and Bonus AVP
1000 AVP for developing 5 BTLs on your first level (earn 200 AVP each for your support of 5 BTLs, as shown in diagram)
Tips: As a Silver team leader, it is obvious you are moving up the plan, going to the top and earning incredible Matching VersaPoints eight levels deep, the income potential at this stage is staggering
Estimated Earnings: By now you must have at least 8 levels in your generation with about 30,000,000 in Matching VersaPoints, this ofcourse depends on whether your team is duplicating what you do.
Estimated Value: $250 - $14,000 (per month)
STEP FOUR
Advance to the rank of GTL (Gold Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
5000 VP
A minimum of 1500 and a maximum of 3000 must come from SVP
The remaining 2000-3500 must come from AVP.
Example for achieving the necessary 5000 VP to be a GTL:
3000 SVP from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases
500 AVP from daily/weekly/monthly free actions, TripleClicks Special Actions, and Bonus AVP
1500 AVP for developing 5 STLs on your first level (earn 300 AVP each for your support of 5 STLs, as shown in diagram)
Tips: As a Gold team leader, you have already build a business, all you need to be doing at this stage is just helping your downlines to succeed, motivate them and advice them to keep on duplicating what you are doing.
Estimated Earning: Your commission now is huge, enough for you to quit your day job and concentrate on your SFI business, enough for you to go to vacation wherever you wish.
Estimated Value: $1,000 - $20,000 per month
STEP FIVE
Advance to the rank of PTL (Platinum Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
6000 VP
A minimum of 1500 and a maximum of 3500 must come from SVP
The remaining 2500-4500 must come from AVP.
Example for achieving the necessary 6000 VP to be a PTL:
3500 SVP from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases
500 AVP from daily/weekly/monthly free actions, TripleClicks Special Actions, and Bonus AVP
2000 AVP for developing 5 GTLs on your first level (earn 400 AVP each for your support of 5 GTLs, as shown in diagram)
Congratulations, you have build a home business, all the work is now done, you only mission now is to develop 5 platinum team leaders like yourself, and if your team have been duplicating what you are doing, it means 5 of your most active PSAs will become Platinum team leaders too in a very short time.

STEP SIX
Advance to the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
1500 personal SVP
5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level
You can now retire, just keep a standing order, make sure your team is solid, you have become highest earner in SFI, SFI may even offer you moderator position.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do I have to buy products?
No. All SVP (Sales VersaPoints) requirements can be met through sales to your customers. Any personal purchases are 100% optional and up to you.
Q: Where can I see a comparison of the perks and compensation for each SFI rank all the way from Affiliate to Diamond Team Leader?

Q: Does my structure have to look like the above diagrams? For example, to become a Silver Team Leader, do I have to have 5 Bronze Team Leaders on my first level?
No. You can have as many affiliates on your first level as you want and they can be any combination of ranks. The above example diagrams are just to "show the math" of how you can advance through all the SFI ranks by developing EA2s, then BTLs, then STLs, then GTLs, and finally PTLs.
Q: So I could have, say, 5 EA2s, 1 BTL, 2 STLs, and 3 GTLs on my first level to meet the 2500 total AVP requirement for being a Platinum Team Leader?
Yes. The plan is very flexible. You can meet the AVP requirement of any rank in any of hundreds of combinations.
Q: If I'm not interested in doing the daily/weekly/monthly free actions, TripleClicks Special Actions, or Bonus AVP, can I still advance through the steps and become a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Team Leader?
Yes, absolutely. You'll just need to make up those points doing other actions (such as developing some more first level Team Leaders).
Q: Could I have, say, 20 or 25 Platinum Team Leaders on my first level?
Yes, there's no limit, it's totally up to you how you structure your team.
Q: If I attain the rank of DTL with five first level PTLs...and then one of them drops to GTL, will I still be a DTL?
No. You must maintain a minimum of five first level PTLs to have the rank of DTL.
Q: If I was formerly a DTL and lost this rank due to no longer having a minimum of five PTLs on my first level, what would my rank be then?
Your rank would then be based on your VersaPoints. If you still had a minimum 6000 VP with the required minimums for SVP and AVP, you'd be ranked and paid as a PTL.
Q: Could I be, say, a Silver Team Leader and have Diamond Team Leader on my first level?
Sure, and you'll earn 600 AVP for each personally-sponsored DTL, by the way!
Q: So is the idea that once I reach the rank of DTL, I can retire?
If you want to, yes, or maybe just semi-retirement (SFI's too much fun to totally retire from it, right?!). You'll just want to make sure that you have five solid PTLs on your first level.
Q: What if I developed five DTLs on my first level? Would I get an even higher rank than DTL?
Diamond Team Leader is the highest rank in SFI at this time, but with five DTLs on your first level, you might very well be the highest earner in SFI! So that's a GREAT goal!
